Property Maintenance

According to the type of property like open plot / flat / independent house etc we provide maintenance to the property. Our main focus is to give the protection to the concerned property. For example there is an open plot, which requires maintenance i.e. we will get you the watchman and provide fencing, (or house working men or women) to take care of your flat etc. representing you (the property owner) before third party service providers (inclusive electricity and water supply companies, electronic security companies, etc.)

Physical Inspection
By doing inspection like sudden visits on a regular basis we take care of your property. We make monthly check visits to the property, and give you feedback by e-mail, providing photos and video clippings of your property as a proof of maintenance.

Tax & Bill Payments
People those who are staying away from their home country, it is quite difficult for them to cross check their payments relating to taxes and other utility bills. To make sure your Comfortability level we even assist you with the updated information, other bills like electricity, water, telephone and more and we will pay them if needed through our bill payment services.
